Making handtied bouquet is a very basic skill in flower design. A handtied bouquet can be a nice and casual gift in general. And it can also be a bridal bouquet in wedding.
In first time to make a bouquet, it's better to use single types of flower. It's easy to understand and make the shape. And for single type, roses are perfect for beginers because roses have all same size heads and strong stems. There's two different ways to hold flower in handtied bouquet which are straight and cross. In our class we learn holding stems in straight with pink roses. ( The name is Faith.)
